President of the Management Board of Energa SA
Ms. Magdalena Kamińska has been associated with the Energa Group since 2011, first as Deputy Director of the Finance Department and later as the Director of this area. She then served as Vice President of the Management Board of Energa Wytwarzanie, Vice President of Finance on the Management Board of Energa SA, and since November 2025 - as Acting President of the Management Board of Energa SA. She has participated in strategic investment projects and obtaining financing for the Energa Group, as well as in its integration with the ORLEN Group.
She is a member of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Association and of the Supervisory Board of Baltic Service Offshore Solutions sp. z o.o. (entity from the Energa Group).
She began her professional career in 2007 in international audit firms – first EY, and then Deloitte. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk.
