Vice President of the Management Board for Finance
Member of the Management Board of Energa SA since 4 February 2025. Ms. Magdalena Kamińska is a graduate of Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk. She started her professional career in 2007 in international auditing companies - first EY and then Deloitte. She has been with the Energa Group since 2011, where, among others, she managed the finance area as a Deputy Director and then a Director of the Finance Department. She participated in strategic investment projects and obtaining financing for the Energa Group, as well as in integration with the ORLEN Group. Since July 2024, she was the Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa Wytwarzanie S.A. Currently she holds the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of Baltic Service Offshore Solutions sp. z o.o. (entity from the Energa Group), she is also a Member of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Association.
