Michał Gołębiowski

Vice President of the Management Board of Energa SA

Michał Gołębiowski graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

From 2009 to 2014, he was responsible for corporate governance of strategic companies in the oil and gas sector at the Ministry of State Treasury. His responsibilities included coordinating key investments related to Poland’s energy security, legislative work, and negotiations with the European Commission on matters critical to projects carried out by supervised entities.

Previously, at the Ministry of the Environment, he was involved in tasks related to the greenhouse gas emissions trading system, including international negotiations under the Kyoto Protocol.

Since 2014, he has worked in regional teams of leading technology companies (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle), focusing on the development of cooperation with key clients, including those in the energy sector, in areas such as transformation projects and business process optimisation.

Since June 2024, he served as President of the Management Board of Orlen Energia, a company responsible for the centralisation of wholesale electricity trade at ORLEN Group.

Mr. Michał Gołebiowski is not engaged in any activities competitive to the business of Energa SA, does not participate in a company competitive to Energa SA as a partner of a civil law partnership, a partnership or as a member of a capital company body and does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its corporate bodies as well as she is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Register Court Act.
